Andrew Logan's wearable art is not just limited to jewellery, a collection of unique, one-of-a-kind hair accessories such as this striking blue hair pin can also be found. As with all of Andrew's art this hair pin has been signed and dated with the year it was made. On this pin this has been etched into the golden base which shows it was made in 2021.
The simple yet eye catching design has been created using Andrew Logan's signature cracked mirror fragments. A selection of deep blue mirror pieces have been set into a blue resin base which has been set over the top of a gold hair pin. The edges of the clip have been encrusted with blue glitter which gives the hair accessory a finishing sparkle.
The hair piece measures approximately 9cm in width and 3cm in height and weighs 39g. The pin measure approximately 11cm and is easily attachable.
